As part of the TRICARE contract transition, HNFS' claims customer service line is no longer available.

Claims status

Effective May 1, 2025, HNFS can no longer accept TRICARE claims or claim adjustment requests. You can continue to use our "Check Claims Status" tool through June 30, 2025, for claims processed by HNFS (dates of service before Jan. 1).

West Region States (prior to Jan. 1, 2025)

Prior to Jan. 1, 2025, the TRICARE West Region included the states of Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa (except the Rock Island Arsenal area), Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri (except the St. Louis area), Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas (Amarillo, Lubbock and El Paso areas only), Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.
